The short version: You pay once to have your site built — and that price includes your first month of care. We host it, keep it updated, and make your edits every month after that for a flat monthly fee. You own your site and your domain from day one. Cancel the monthly plan whenever you want, and you keep your site.
1 Who this is between
This agreement is between Boom Click Digital LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Boom Click," "we," "us"), and the person or business purchasing a website build and care plan ("you," "the client"). By completing payment, you confirm you've read this agreement, you have authority to enter it on behalf of your business, and you accept it.
2 What we build
We design and build you a custom website on WordPress, set up around your own photos, reviews, and services. A typical build includes:
- A custom-designed, mobile-fast WordPress site
- Your photos, copy, and reviews placed and styled for you
- A clear way for visitors to call, request a quote, or book
- Your own domain name, set up and connected
- Launch, and handover of a site that's yours to keep
Before you pay anything, you'll see a real preview built from your own materials. What you approve is what we build toward.
3 What it costs & how billing works
The build is a one-time fee, charged when you start. That price is all-in for the design and build, and it includes your first month of the care plan at no extra charge.
The care plan is a flat monthly fee that begins 30 days after you start. Because your first month is already included in the build, your card isn't charged for the monthly plan until day 30, and then on the same day each month after that.
You give us your payment details securely at checkout (handled by Stripe — we never see or store your card number). The monthly fee renews automatically until you cancel. The monthly plan is month-to-month with no minimum term and no contract.
4 Revisions & edits
During the build, you get rounds of revisions to get every detail right before launch — typically two to four rounds, until you're happy and approve the final site.
Once you're live, your care plan includes ongoing edits: up to two batched edit requests per month (think text changes, swapping photos, updating hours, adding a service). We batch them so they're done efficiently.
Seasonal & holiday pushes: up to four extra times a year (roughly once a quarter), we'll accommodate a larger edit request beyond your normal monthly allowance — for sales, promotions, or holiday updates — at no extra charge.
Beyond that, additional edit requests are $100 per request. We'll always tell you before anything is billable, never after.
5 You own it — site and domain
This is the part that makes us different. You own your website and your domain from day one.
- Your domain is registered with you listed as the owner, with privacy protection on, from the start.
- The website is a real WordPress site that belongs to you — not a rented profile or a page on someone else's platform.
- If you ever leave, you take it with you (see section 8).
"Own it forever" means you are always entitled to a complete copy of your site to take elsewhere. It does not mean we host it for free indefinitely — hosting and upkeep are what the monthly care plan covers.
6 What the monthly care plan covers
Your flat monthly fee keeps your site live, current, and handled, so you never have to log in to fix anything:
- Hosting, security, and regular backups
- Software and plugin updates
- Your domain registration kept current
- Your monthly edits (and the seasonal pushes in section 4)
- Support when you need a hand
7 Refunds
The build fee is fully refundable before we begin building — if you change your mind after paying but before work starts, just tell us and we'll refund it.
Once the build is underway, the build fee is non-refundable, because the work and the time are already committed. You've also already seen and approved a preview before paying, so there are no surprises.
Monthly care-plan fees are non-refundable, and we don't pro-rate part-months if you cancel mid-cycle — but you keep your site, and your plan stays active through the period you've already paid for.
8 If a monthly payment doesn't go through
We don't yank your site offline the moment a card fails. If a monthly payment doesn't process, Stripe automatically retries it over a few days and emails you a reminder so you can update your card.
If it still isn't resolved, we'll reach out personally to sort it out — and if it turns out you're ready to move on, we treat it the same as a normal cancellation, following the offboarding process in section 9. Either way, you're never trapped and you never lose your site.
9 Cancelling & moving on
You can cancel the monthly care plan anytime. When you do:
- Your plan stays active for the rest of the month you've already paid for, plus 30 days of supported migration.
- We give you a full export and backup of your site.
- We hand over your domain and credentials.
- We provide reasonable guidance to help you move it, including a quick call if you need one.
What's included is everything you need to take your site and run it yourself or with someone else. What's not included is us rebuilding or re-installing your site by hand on a new host — the export gives you a complete, working copy to bring anywhere.
10 Your content & your responsibilities
You'll provide the materials your site is built from — photos, logo, text, reviews, business details. By giving them to us, you confirm you own them or have the right to use them, and that they don't infringe anyone else's rights. You're responsible for the accuracy of the business information you provide.
You agree to give us what we need to do the work — materials, approvals, and timely responses — so we can keep your build moving.
11 Service, uptime & third-party tools
We work hard to keep your site fast and online, and we use reputable hosting and services to do it. We can't guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service, and we're not responsible for outages or issues caused by third-party providers outside our control. We also can't promise specific business results, like a particular number of calls, bookings, or search rankings.
12 Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Boom Click Digital's total liability under this agreement is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, such as lost profits or lost business.
13 Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a meaningful change, we'll let active clients know. The version in effect when you purchase, and the current version while your care plan is active, is the one that applies to you. The "last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version.
14 Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
